Checklist / Questions to ask your Development team
Have you identified all the stakeholders?
Do you have any minor groups as stakeholders?
Do you have any non-bodied users groups as stakeholders?
Have you identified the risk categories to be used associated with each stakeholder group eg. technical, security, safety, performance ,environment impact quality, schedule, budget, resource, requirement, process, testing, competition, and supply chain disruption) and the place in life cycle were it will be assessed?
Have you sought to address gaps in the analysis of the relevant stakeholders (e.g., checking assumptions,implications with affected communities and subject matter experts)?
Do you have a validation plan to test model results for fairness with respect to different stakeholder groups (e.g., tested for disparate error rates)?
