Checklist / Questions to ask your Development team
Have you established measurable digital activities that can be measured in real time
Have you defined certain actions that could be taken without intervention, with AI technology permitted to make changes automatically to avoid predicted issues. In such an event, the change manager will be alerted to the change, rather than execute the change.
Are you using ‘change bot’ to identify areas of change management that are at risk even before they happen. eg. bot could scan meetings, emails, chats, documents etc., to ensure that they support the rationale for the change, reinforce the key messages behind the change, and flag any deliverable, reference, task, issue or risk raised that jeopardizes the change.
If you use a change bot, who does corrective action(s), how is the team informed
